Competition rules, terms of service, and everything you need to know
You must be at least 18 years old. You must be a legal resident of a country where participation is not prohibited. Employees of SoundBattle and immediate family are not eligible.
Refund policy: Full refund if rejected in moderation. Refund within 7 days if fewer than 10 votes. No refunds after 7 days.
1–5 star rating system. One vote per user per song. Rankings use Bayesian weighted average.
Prizes paid via bank transfer or PayPal within 14 business days.
Not permitted: hate speech, violence, sexually explicit content, copyrighted material, spam.
You grant SoundBattle a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host and promote your song for 12 months. You retain all ownership rights.
Grounds: vote manipulation, non-Suno content, content violations, harassment, fraud. Disqualification is final.
We collect only necessary data. SSL encryption. Payments via Stripe. We never sell your data.
SoundBattle is provided "as is." Disputes resolved through binding arbitration in California, USA.
